Bugs/Glitches/Suggestions

Sometimes if you use a technique, you are stuck with it, sometimes it bugs and stays, sometimes when you target an enemy and use a technique and the target is killed while you are using the technique, you are stuck.
Sometimes there is more than 1 type of the same dragon ball when an admin revives them.
When you put a stat, it should give a fixed amount. It changes randomly, try putting 1 5 times in a row, you will get a different amount of that stat.
Sometimes you cant keep transforming unless you revert then you can transform to your limit.
People don't like it when their clothes disappear from their character even thogh it says they have it equipped.
Some people get faster training than others.
Sometimes you can't attack an NPC in an area with techniques, but if you reconnect, you can, but after you leave safe zone and go back, you can't again.
Techniques like kamehameha should shoot beams instead of 1 part and should kill everything in the way, like a line of enemies, until you stop it.
A button or function that can stop the technique that is being used should be added.
