Custom Races Empty Custom Races

I know, I know its a Dragon Ball GT game and it should have GT races alone, but an option to make a custom race would be pretty cool. When you log in and choose to create a new character you have all the original races and the choice to make a custom race. You would be able to name it, pick its Icon, what techniques it gets (Sayain techs, Namek techs, etc), if its a permanent race or not, and its main ability. I'd really enjoy a feature like that and i believe that it would make the game more unique than it already is.
