Saiyan, and Halflings!

I briefly mentioned it to you in the game last night Ghost, although I know that's never the best time to mention things game related.
So here I decided to post and simply mention one thing about Saiyans, what's with the SSJ3 Hair? It's silly but it visually PAINS me to see SSJ3 look worse then USSJ and SSJ2 only because it looks identical to normal SSJ
..and lastly, Why in goshes name do Halflings stop at USSJ? Shouldn't they get up to at least SSJ2?
